Policies on Admission and Promotion
A student must satisfactorily
complete all requirements in order to pass a course. The standard of the student
performance shall be based upon the demonstration of his attitude and personal
fitness throughout each semester as well as upon the results of evaluation of
his classroom and clinical/ practicum/ internship performance.
A
promotional board composed of coordinators, faculty and the dean shall meet at
the end of the semester to evaluate the performance of the student. Decisions
made in this meeting shal be considered final.

Cross Enrollees:
1. Submit written permit to cross
enroll from the home school.
1.
A high school graduate of a government-recognized
secondary school may apply for admission to the college.
2.
Actual admission to this college will depend upon high
school performance evident in Form 137-A, result of the qualifying examination
and personal interview by the Admission Committee.
3.
Must be mentally and physically healthy and of good
moral character.
Students
enrolling to Level II must
1.
pass all the subjects in the Common Freshman
Curriculum. A Student who obtains a grade of 5.00 in any academic subject is
not qualified to be promoted.
2.
pass the achievement test given by the particular
college.
3.
be physically and mentally healthy. The moral
character, conduct and integrity must be beyond reproach.

Must pass all the subjects in Level II with a general
weighted average of not lower than 2.5.
2.
Must pass the achievement test given by a particular
college.

Must be physically and mentally healthy. The moral
character, conduct and integrity must be beyond reproach.
4.
A student who obtains a grade of 5.00 in 50% or more of
the total semester load shall be dropped from the rolls.
5.
A student who obtains a grade of 5.00 in any academic
or professional subject will be allowed to re-enroll only during the semester
when the said subject is offered.
6.
Any student who fails in any repeated subject shall be
dropped from the rolls.
D.
Requirements for promotions to Level IV
1.
Must pass all the subjects in Level III with a general
average of not lower than 2.5.
2.
A student who obtains a grade of 5.00 in any academic
or professional subject will be allowed to re-enroll only during the semester
when the said subject is offered. Failure in any professional subject requires
the repetition of the subject and the corresponding clinical/ practicum/
internship experience during the regular curriculum offering.
3.
Any student who fails in any repeated subject shall be
dropped from the rolls.
4.
Must be physically and mentally healthy. The moral
character, conduct and integrity must be beyond reproach.
